She focuses on property preparation, presentation, guest experience and the practical detail that keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Joel focuses on the systems, planning and commercial side of the business. He helps keep operations organised, communication clear and each property moving in the right direction.

From running short-stay accommodation to managing it for others.
Chiara spent several years working in the short-term rental industry, managing more than ten properties for another company.
After Chiara and Joel met, they decided to build an accommodation business of their own and operated several units themselves.
The business was going well, but over time they realised the part they enjoyed most was not holding the accommodation themselves. It was preparing properties properly, improving how they were presented, supporting guests and managing the day-to-day operation.
That led to Launch My Rental, initially focused specifically on Airbnb setup and management.
As the business developed, property photography, traditional lettings and HMO management became natural extensions of the work. Landlords often needed more than one disconnected service, so Clarke Property Services was created to bring those services together under one roof.
