My property isn’t on Airbnb yet. Can you set it up?
Yes. Setup is a core part of the service, from assessing and preparing the property to photography, listing creation, pricing and launch.
Can you take over an Airbnb that’s already running?
Yes. We review the existing listing and operation, agree what should change and take over the ongoing management, including guest communication, pricing, calendar management and operational coordination.
Will I still have a say in how the property is run?
Absolutely. You set the boundaries, house rules, minimum stays and any dates you want to use the property yourself. We manage the day-to-day within those agreed parameters.
What does the 15% management fee include?
The fee covers Airbnb and Booking.com management, guest communication, dynamic pricing, calendar management, listing optimisation, review management, cleaning and maintenance coordination, owner reporting and dashboard access. You also receive a monthly email with your owner statement and payout breakdown. Cleaning, laundry, consumables, maintenance, other property expenses and third-party costs are charged separately.
